No one handles hard situations alone, adults don't either. The skill this lesson teaches is smaller and more useful than it sounds: how to pick your trusted adults ahead of time, how to ask for help clearly, and which free helplines and legal aid organizations exist for young people. Asking for help is not weakness or snitching. It's what rights look like in action.
