Your rights at school
You spend a huge part of your life at school, and the law follows you there. Courts in the United States have said that students do not lose their constitutional rights at the schoolhouse gate. At the same time, schools are allowed to make rules that keep learning on track. This lesson helps you understand where that balance sits.
